Vinny serves as the Executive Director of the TEDxUNC Charlotte program, where he has served in this role for 4 years.

In his full time work, Vinny serves as the Assistant Director in the Leadership and Community Engagement Office. In this role, he teaches within a leadership learning community, runs the PILOT certificate program and oversees the LEAD Team. 

Originally hailing from Long Island,NY, Vinny is also currently pursing his EdD in Educational Leadership at UNC Charlotte. He did his Masters work at Syracuse University and his undergraduate education at the University of Rhode Island.
