Ayana serves as the Executive Producer for TEDxUNC Charlotte, where she has served in this role for 3 years. For her full time work, Ayana serves as the Assistant Director in the Center for Student Involvement. She supports the student organization community at UNC Charlotte and coordinates events including the Student Org Showcases, Toolbox Series, Excellence Awards, and Late Night Breakfasts.
