TOPIC: How a Post-Realistic Structure Can Help to Shape Perspectives for Marginalized Youth
 

Aaron Nance has been in education for roughly fifteen years. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Minot State University, master's in management and leadership from Montreat College, and he is currently getting a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mr. Nance is Fellow for Virginia Tech, a Graduate Life Fellow at UNCC, reviewer for the American Education Research Association (AERA), and for the Association of International Educators (NAFSA). He has a plethora of publications and conference proceedings that advances equity and equality among Black youth in education.
